The Final Hearing - Thoughts?

If it was agreed verbally in court and there are transcripts I'd hope that the correction should be straight forward.

But, sadly, when is it.

I imagine it's on your mind non stop.

Never ends does it?

I thought it was finally all over, then Im dragged back into the fire *momentarily*

Glad you've raised it with the court. I would set out all the issues in an email

1) Father's name spelled incorrectly
2) Child's name spelled incorrectly
3) No PR order included, which was granted at the hearing.

Ask for your email to be passed to the Judge, the order amended under the slip rule to correct the name spellings, add the PR order to the order, and also say that this was not the draft which was sent to you for approval and which you approved.

I would check the rest of the wording carefully as well to make sure there are no ambiguities and does it say when school holidays start and end? If there are too many issues with it, I would suggest asking for a directions hearing and the Judge to write the order.

Thanks @Ash

I've sent everything to the court as a matter of urgency, just waiting on a reply.

I was wondering to myself when in court, why are they being so complacent and they agreed to everything on my proposal during pre-hearing and in court.

The order however has been manipulated as expected.
