Strange Discussion with ex

I believe now I've been referred, got a message from something called IAPT but they say it could take 4-6 weeks for the initial call. The FHDRA isnt till late March so might be in time for that. Im not really sure though what IAPT is to be honest and if it will be enough for legal aid. As for private counselling Im not sure I could afford that and it might be better to spend the money towards a direct access barrister if I don't get legal aid in place by the next heading.
