As far as I can tell you are asking for directions relating to case management. You want the court to reject evidence submitted by the other side. A C2 could also be used to apply for a directions hearing related to child arrangements. Vary the interim arrangements for the children. Another point I am unsure about is how your 4 day hearing related to the S7. If the S7 follows the hearing, how can it be a final hearing?
Like I said at the start, I am putting ideas out. I do not have the understanding or experience to give a firm recommendation. I hope there are other members with more direct experience of this part of the process.

The order states it as: Composite Final Hearing ELH
Day 1: Applicant allegations and cross-examining
Day 2: Respondent allegations and cross-examining
Day 3: Observations/ Findings/ Judgement
Day 4: Welfare
This sounds like a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing because it does not mention anything about a final order or contact agreement etc.

Point out the inconsistencies perhaps in your positive statement and attach your evident as exhibits. The Judge will then see it
Im thinking about asking the courts to consider reducing the composite final hearing from 4 days to 2?
Her schedule of allegations are only 7 and 5 of those allegations are completely irrelevant. She only has 1 witness who's credibility will get destroyed straight away with evidence.

We did and I believe you should have and out of her 27 allegations she was told to go away and reduce to relevant . As it happens and I’m still not overly happy she reduced them to 3 which is already admitted through proceedings . Fact finding was aborted and passed to a phycologist. Good luck my friend .. as other have said I would not do this alone. Can you not approach families need fathers or another one I used ( I’ll remember the name ) for advice .. they offer legal assistance

I agree it's a tough one to do alone. DadLad's is a composite hearing though - final hearing and fact find rolled into one by the sound of it. I wonder if they do a pre-trial hearing for that?
Bear in mind as well, that if you do end up having to do it alone and it doesn't go well, there is still the opportunity to appeal. Four days does sound a lot. One of those days will probably be the standard "final hearing" but that means they're allowing 3 days for fact finding.

We have exchanged schedules between parties. There is nothing mentioned in the order of when to respond to the allegations?
I have every bit of evidence which will counter her allegations and show that she can't be relied upon and destroy her credibility.
I don't want to wait until on the day. I have additional evidence to support my response to her schedule.

Sorry I get the send to early. Mate i feel for you. I was in exactly the same position bar we did have a date to respond. I did respond and proved nearly all the allegations were fabricated or made to suit a narrative … the judge read it and threw most out as such and asked her to re do them at pre trial. No repercussion as yet and hope they are bought back in at a later date as our fact finding was cancelled as she had nothing ! …. In the hands of of a phycologist now … my point is and others can advise who did go to fact finding is it better to hold your cards close to your chest until the day ..

The ex solicitor is delaying the court bundle. And it's a month overdue the court ordered date.
The thing is, if you present evidence on the day they can object and even adjourn for consideration.
Yes fair point. Frustrating hey .. but not if it fact finding goes ahead. ( as you have no pre trial it should ). I wish mine had and pleaded for it but she dropped them just before the ‘revised ones’ were due. They need to be caught out or face repurcussions of lying … and hope it comes back to haunt her. Not for my sake and god I struggle sometimes. We must stay focussed for the kids not revenge ! Good luck my friend. Stay tall. Stay calm and look after your mental health. Im almost 3 years in and my final hearing is next. My life has not been my own due to the long and painful wait between the hearings and the court process as a whole.
I hope the judge drops the FF part of my composite final hearing. 4 days is too long, especially if the ex has zero evidence.
That’s the worst part ! The wait. It’s so frustrating ! And all the time the children get alienated further and you have to just function. Remember for what it’s worth you are not alone ! My barrister ( I’m fortunate enough yes and feel for those who can’t ) says in the end as frustrating as it is the truth comes out ! As ash says repeatedly . Try not to go on the attack. .. a view my barrister shares .. she will hang herself while you stay child focussed. I thought my barrister was passive and if I’m honest thought that Ash was too. Until I had my section 37 Interview where I let rip .. guess what. It came back as parental conflict ! Luckily it should be superseeded by the phycologist report where I pray the truth comea out.
Luckily for me the receipts are now in of her lies and deceipt and the time is coming I hope where it’s exposed …that’s what I cling onto and hope to see my children again one day. Why would humans behave like this !
Cafcass are the biggest obstacle in the family court. They have a lot of power in the family court and if the mother has them on side, it's an uphill battle from the very beginning. Rather than actually investigating, they just go with the narrative to save paperwork and time.
Unfortunately.. justice doesn't exist that much in the family court.
Let’s hope fact finding gives you some hope. I know how you feel. Like shouting from the rooftops .. respect to you for hanging in. We all have to be ‘Rocky ‘ …just getting back up. keep in there . Remember ultimately the judge will decide over cafcass .. the fact finding will be critical
The thing is.. The alienated father and the kids suffer horrendous grief and trauma and there are no repercussions for the mother. They can get caught blatantly lying and have made sworn statements that are malicious lies and they go unpunished.
