If you don't have one, get a sleep tracker like an apple or Samsung watch or a fitbit.

When I first started this journey, I got a fitbit to assist with the gym stats a coincidental side affect was it showed me where my sleep was and I used it to try and fix the habits.

Seeing your sleep tracked and broken down in analysis may help!

It does make suggestions and also shows where you are against average.
