What to expect from phone dispute resolution hearing

that is good to hear that evidences aren't in the 6-page limit, thanks :) I'm sure I can write a 6 page worth statement. Good call to include the draft order possibly as a separate paperwork, I see the idea is to make it easy for the judges on that day.
I was supposed to exchange the statement at the beginning of Aug but I only received the notice of the hearing few days ago now. I have asked the mother what dates she wants to exchange the statements, hoping long as both parties in agreement court would be ok with that. Yes representation is a tough call given the kind of money we are talking about. I don't believe the ex will have an solicitor as she has burnt her fingers royally the previous round. Don't think she can afford especially considering she probably thinks she WILL lose the case :)
Just to refresh, I'm going for the maximum, 50-50 of time, 50-50 holidays, and shared residence.

Do the court papers say the statements need to be submitted to court by a certain date as well as exchanged? That’s the most important date. Do you think your ex is trustworthy enough to exchange statements at the same time (or could she be devious and not send hers when you send yours at an agreed date and time?). It’s such an important thing as has all your evidence attached! Which you don’t want her to know until it’s too late for either of you to change your statements.
