I am at the start of this process. I did an emergency hearing, CAFCASS safeguarding report was asked for and now completed. We are due back in court soon and advice was for local authority to complete a section 7. Judge needs to decide.

Was that an emergency prohibitive steps order? If so what was the outcome? And is next hearing final hearing?

If so, did they do the cafcass call before the hearing or instructed it after?

It was the opening of the c100 but I did it as am emergency hearing with reasons.
CAFCASS call was done after the hearing.
