It was just me asking her lawyer for a reason why she has suddenly dropped a night form boys staying with me , it's clearly to get more money from csm in my opinion

I'm actually using a third party for drop offs and pick ups because she falsely accused me of stalking so I'm at court on 22nd of this month for that , bail conditions means I can't contact her , she instructed her lawyer about the days no rationale behind it all

It seems as though there's a lot of diversity when it comes to the 50-50 arrangements; by that I mean that it doesn't have to be a week here and then a week there; or 2-2-5-5 or any of those patterns, which is good news.

Is that arrangement something you were pushing for or was it something the court worked out that made sense to both parents?

Worked out between us , wondering if anyone knows am I still supposed to give ex money as will have boys 14 days a month , csm website is conflicting

It’s calculated by overnights as opposed to number of days. You need to work out how many overnights you have your child annually and input that into the calculator. Even if you had your child 182 nights a year (and her 183), you would still be required to pay something.
