You're right, it's 17 nights 
Unless term ends on a Thursday rather than a Friday! Which sometimes happens. Or if the Monday after the holidays is an inset day and school starts on a Tuesday - I was just remember it was generally 18 nights. It'll always be hard to work out exact numbers until you've had a year of the order and can count each one of the nights the kids were with you
I'm not sure how CMS would work out the number of nights, but you could send them a copy of the order.
Shame about having to pay a bit of CMS but it's a great order and you did really well getting lives with both parents while self repping
