Attached is a Judgement for a recent transfer of residency case due to Parental Alienation. The Father was not on the birth certificate. When he applied for PR the Mother made allegations of child abuse. Section 7 in Father’s favour but it was probably psychologists reports that tipped it.
Good to see a Judge and court dealing with it decisively. Other factors were - Mother had proven alcohol issues, failed to attend hearings and refused a paternity test.
