It's not the fact finding hearing, it's one before that although the judge has said he doubts it will be necessary. She had a court order to supply evidence for her original allegations, and I was to respond. She didn't meet the deadline but I submitted my evidence to prove them false anyway. This document I've just received is supposed to be that evidence, but is instead 17 pages of futher ridiculous accusations, to which I have also replied! With evidence and photos etc! Hopefully as some are easily proven to be false.. I'll get a decent hearing...hopefully?
