I definitely would not go on benefits. That would leave you with no money , no job and no reason to get up.
It sounds like you worked hard to get to a place of independent living, if you move back in with parents then you loose all those gains.
I would use your savings to cover the CMS over the next twelve months and make it a goal to have moved to a better paid job or get a manageable 2nd job over the next year.
