This looks really good, as you mention it looks like a useful session for those currently going through this.

I note it is Zoom session, 45m of Karen herself working through the background & then 75m of group discussion and/or listening.
It could be a really good place to air your challenging situations & get advice directly from Karen & the other participants.

The one before Christmas was mainly mums asking questions but there was a dad who had an interesting story.
It was nice to hear others in the same boat regardless to whether it was mum's or dad's. Alienation is alienation regardless to gender.
