This may be useful for those going through PA (use alienating behaviours in paperwork).

I've only had a glance through, but I wonder if this advice would actually be followed, or whether it amounts to "lip service".
 
It's such a long winded process and time needs to pass for the evidence to become apparent.
The burden of proof is on the alleger of alienation but hopefully the alienators behaviours during proceedings speak for themselves.
I found it useful that there's 3 points they use to prove alienating behaviours may be happening.
