Fixed Thread Title

Sorry if I struggle to explain this.

At the top when a thread is opened is a grey section with name of forum, name of member, title of thread, and page numbers. Would it be possible for that section to remain fixed as text is scrolled through? It could probably be condensed so it does take too much screen space.

I think this would improve usability.

They grey ones are the stickied ones. They should stay fixed at the top. Can you link which section it is so I can look?
