At this point in time, I have experience of the following:

Form E Preparation
Form E Implications
FDA
FDA Directions
Questionnaires

We're well on the way to our FDR with no end in sight & at this point in time I am assuming we're not going to reach agreement so it's off to FH.
The costs for this journey have been eye watering & I've pretty much spent any liquidity I would have had on fighting this case.

There is nothing left to give but it's a process & one that cannot be stopped due to the the blinkered views of the opposite side.
Let's see how we get on when we finally exchange without prejudice proposals!
