Curious. I’ve been calling CMS most days since 2nd September regarding my 50/50 shared care.
They have now accepted my shared care and wrote to me with the new amounts I owe. However, I’ve been telling them since day zero, I don’t know what I owe anything.
They said this is common practice whilst they wait for feedback my my ex regarding who’s primary carer.
Can anyone else confirm that before they close a case, do they move you to a new finance schedule?
Nowhere does it say they’re reviewing anything with her as they said.
