Really 98% of people agree at mediation?

I thought it was at that second hearing pre final most agree…there or just after there so as not to rack up court costs
Most people only go to court to have the consent order rubber stamped. Court is a last resort when one of the couple (e.g. my ex-wife) won't engage.

You can get it rubber stamped without going to court however right?

As in do we not just send the order we agree to the courts to sign off rather than attending a hearing etc
