Can a carefully worded spend times with order break CMS payments?

Our cafcass officer is not available and a brew cafcass officer has been placed on the case for the final contested hearing. Which positives/negatives of this should I look out for? Shall I request a new section 7 report with view of shared care or will a new officer likely make their own mind up rather than following their colleagues recommendation? Recommendation is lives with RP spend time with NRP due to hostility between sides but there is no hostility from my side so the report is fundamentally wrong. No safeguarding concerns found on either side. Dont live far away from each other and child is under 6
