The exact words where "unfortunately although an early referral for both parents was considered an early referral felt premature and will be considered further at the First Hearing" I am trying to take what cafcass say with a pinch of salt

I think the above covers it well enough, could just be they don’t see any reason for it and want to see how the first hearing goes.

I don't think it really matters when it takes place to be honest, it's just a tick box task. My ex did it, didn't change her attitude to coparenting and communication.
