C2 application payment

Hope you are well. I'm in a middle of children arrangement order and after I recieved the S7 report, LA pretends that I am to focused in the corrupted process than to find solution about my children. Anyway I have sent to them many emails asking for any resolution but they didn't provide that information to S7. Now I have submitted a C2 application form and attached all the communications that I have with Social Servces and photos that with my children. Can anyone tell me what is the amount that I should pay because it is very hard to see find online and how can I pay throw call centre?
