Back in May 2022 my partner got a 50-50 lives with order for his son
Within 3 months mum has issues , basically she didn’t like the outcome so found fault in everything.
Fast forward to last week which was a final hearing. Mum wanted to reduce time to alternate Friday and Saturday night then tea after school on Wednesdays.
Judge ordered the 50-50 arrangement to continue
Mum was told co- parenting is not about doing exactly the same thing but about communication
She was also told that spending time with dad and extended family is important.
Our advice is if you write something in your statement make sure you are prepared to back it up ,
Don’t slate the other parent and
Focus on your child and all the positives
