FOI requests cannot include personal information. For personal information held about you, you need to make a subject access request, however if there is an active ongoing investigation then the subject access request will not include those details and even then, the ex's statement won't be revealed. If you are going through court, you can ask the court for the information at a hearing, but whether they will allow this is a matter for the judges.
