Using a parent app when non mol / bail conditions

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if you can use a parent child arrangement app when there is a non molestation order and bail conditions not to contact her?
Sadly, this is all down to false allegations and it does not help at all. Child arrangements are very difficult to arrange and for the only purpose of child arrangements an app would be the logical way forward.

Would I have to contact the police? The family courts? Or is this a complete no go?

My son has a non mol against his ex, the family court added to the order that they could communicate in Appclose a parenting app, but only in relation to child arrangements, health welfare and education. So it’s something that you would need the court to add to the non mol.

I think the bail conditions not to contact her would be more of a barrier than the nmo in family court. If you breach your bail conditions the police can take action.

If the family court added it to the non mol, then the police can amend the bail conditions to reflect the non mol.

I don't want to risk breaking any orders as my ex has made it very clear she will use anything against me and I do not want a visit from the police.

I think I will raise it in a letter to the court in that case.
