Update on my Case

In her words "the cafcass call and report didn't go my way". So she's made a complaint, she has a meeting with cafcass tomorrow about her complaint, which she stated in her position statement.

What was her complaint that she put in her position statement?
 
Most of this doesn’t really matter at this point.
You have court order (which the court will post to you)

She has been assigned to find a 3rd party by the court, if she fails to do so she is in breach of the order and you refer back to court.

As noted above she is desperately trying to get you to react that will give her the evidence to use against you.
Simply do not rise to this under any circumstance, vent on here to a close friend anything but letting her get what she wants.

The court in this area doesn't routinely send emails to the parties - orders are posted. However I believe solicitors can arrange to receive orders by email. Check with your court to ask if they can email the order.
 
If either party was represented usually it will get sent via email as one legal rep will draft the order for the court email it across etc.

If neither party was represented the court will draft the order (takes longer) and will post it out.
But it is in effect already.
 
I think what the issue is that she is suggesting that her understanding and recollection is that we are both to agree a mutual 3rd party to deal with handovers. Where my understanding and recollection is that she was tasked with arranging the 3rd party. (Which makes more sense since what she has accused me of).

However, until I have something in writing, she can just say she remembered it differently. And there's still maybe a slight chance I did too.

We are both LIP, which is why it seems mad they just let you wait to receive the order written up. Surely this situation happens a lot.
 
It would be normal in my opinion that the court would expect her to locate a third party and you both agree to use said person.

It would prevent her using say a new partner to wind you up etc.

I know in my case the third party was suggested at the hearing and agreed there and then.
