Hey all,
My barrister and the other party managed to come to an agreement at court before the hearing took place.
Both parties said they were happy at the time.
However since my ex has looked at what was agreed, she seems to just be arguing the point on holiday handovers
For example easter states:
"Easter holidays: the child shall be with the parent whose weekend falls at the start of Easter from
when school breaks up until the following Friday at 4pm. Then he will be with the other parent until
the following Friday at 4pm, and then he will be with the other parent again until return to school
therefore keeping the usual weekend pattern".
This year my weekend is at the end, the school is closed on the Monday, due to a bank holiday.
My ex is demanding my son is returned to her monday morning, however my barrister at the time said some years you will get an extra day and the other she will.
So i assume I should be returning him via school Tuesday morning when the holiday ends?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated
