Currently going through a Child Arrangements Order and parental responsibility application for my child who I'm currently not seeing due to the mother refusing contact i have recently heard my ex partner is rushing to get married to her Current partner scheduled afew days after our first hearing this has all been planned after she got
the court orders through her door does this affect my case in anyway should the courts know about this

I've have no contact with my child for 5 months now so I wouldn't know only thing I can think of is there trying to get Parental responsibility for the step father before court makes a order regarding my PR as I'm not on the birth certificate

I'm hoping the court will grant your PR before considering a step parent (legally only seen as a step parent once they're married) PR. You'd hope the biological parent applying for PR and a court order is seen as a priority.

My FHDRA is in December so fairly early on hence my concern hearing the recent news of a rushed marriage between them just days after the hearing
