The motive was to apply for 50/50 with an expectation to negotiate down during proceedings to 5/9 overnights, so daughter simply sleeps at my house after our teatimes instead of back and forth on a school night.

The CAFCASS report you quote doesn't actually decline your request. Rather than attack the CAFCASS report, it might be better to present your case well and the reasons behind it and use the report as one that is not against the request in any material fashion.

explain how, your daughter staying with you after tea, gives continuity and is also better for her, as she will be tired and would be better for her if she was allowed to settle down for the night, rather than have to get ready to go to her mothers.

Ask the court to consider the mothers motives for objection, are they valid, or just unreasonable, or is it a money thing ?

Dig out the parts of the cafcass report that are in your favour, ignore the rest.

Your proposal looks reasonable to me.

Turning that tea time into a regular overnight will then give you a standard order.

This is where a good barrister will be worth their weight in gold.

Ex says that daughter really struggles with overnights / holidays as it is, and wants to reduce them if anything!

Did you mean research with regards to a barristers? Not yet, am now waiting on Court's first instructions / a FHDRA date first to make sure the right barrister will be available.

If anyone has successfully used a DAB (ideally with experience in defending again false DV allegations around coercive control), and ideally in the SW area, any recommends would be most appreciated!
