How does he respond to messages like that. One option is to just reply "Noted". It's non committal but doesn't get into an argument.

He just ignored it on the advice of his barrister as we were still with the barrister. She said it’s controlling behaving she will use it at final hearing.

He withdrew his non mol against her so she thinks she has free rein to message him.

Are they using an app? You might want to ask for Our Family Wizard to be ordered at the final hearing. It's not free but it has a "tone filter"! If she sent something hostile, the app wouldn't send it and would suggest re-wording. So at least he'd be protected from receiving nasty messages.

I never knew that! I love how even the phone knows when someone is being unreasonable lol. You can imagine these nutters getting frustrated with the app because it won't let them rant and swear.

They have been using Appclose for the last 6 months as ordered by the court, because when she wasn’t being nasty in messages she was sending harassing messages and also asking him to get back with her as a family.

I'd ask the court to order Our Family Wizard personally, saying it has a "tone filter" (and he can use some of her messages as evidence). But it's up to you. I think it costs £100 a year.
