School changes

Hi all,

I'll try to keep it short for key events:

Separated from EX he have CAO by consent live with her and every wekeend with me.

Now she changed schools twice without my consent, with solicitor letters ignored in August I even retain children in my care until she will confirm school as she was refusing and disclosed after that.

Now I'm aware she will do that again to relocate even further away from me over 100 Miles we are now at 50 miles.


My solicitor advised to send her letter and ask her to sign that she understand she needs to consult with me in the future, if not I'll apply for PsO

I'm not sure how this will work as she done it before and if she will do it again, even with the letter signed, what options do I have to bring them back.

Id be applying for th PSO already tbh. She’s done it twice why waste a third time and her to relocate further away

I’d also find a new solicitor.

This, I wouldn't even tip her off about court, never let her know your next move.

If she's down it before, and you also suspect she will do it again, apply for PSO.
