Revised hearing

If you change your mind after an agreement at a final hearing can you request to change the draft order before its sealed or can you have a revised hearing?

Or is it a case of requesting amendments to the draft order before it is sealed?

Does anyone know if its possible to change an agreement on draft order after a final hearing? The mother has said she wants to change an agreement she made about having the child before June on final hearing negotians for overnight contact. She wants to change it to near November time instead as she's decided its now too earlier to make that arrangement? She said shes going to make amendments and send it for a revised hearing??? Is this something people can do? Sorry to spam my own post but its a mtter of urgency.

it is too late after the final hearing, but there is nothing to stop you from coming to a mutual agreement.

So even though the draft order is yet to be sealed she cannot change it if everything is correct what was agreed? This is good to know/
