I had the hearing on 1st of October during the hearing the Judge mentioned that there is no rush for the orders. I received the draft order from my barrister on 7th October to review without any timeline or deadline. My grandmother passed away on 5th October 2024.
During my bereavement, court orders were approved and actions were taken by the barristers that I was unaware of and unable to participate in due to my emotional and personal circumstances. I want to request that the court reviews my comments or actions and considers any adjustments or accommodations due to my inability to fully engage in the process at that time.
Lots of things in the order are included which were not discussed or agreed during the hearing. I am not sure how to go about it. Barrister has advised me to write an email to court and explain it. She has terminated her services as she said the orders are approved.
Please help me providing the email address of TRURO court and also guide me what should I do?
