Child arrangement order in place with lives with mum and spends time with dad.
am I correct in saying that when with dad he can choose for them to be looked after by someone else they believe is trustworthy if needed e.g. for an event?

Yes, you are entitled to do that during time with you. Your ex may not see it that way and might cause a fuss.

Yes that's unfortunately what we are expecting. If they refuse to let the children go for allocated time (even if I collect as normal) then would that be classed as breach of the order by them?
