Practice Directions for Bundles

Thanks to @JC83 for providing this information. It gives details of what you need to do for court bundles. When I went through court you only had a bundle for final hearing, but I believe you need one for every hearing now. If you do it yourself you have the opportunity to get the summary in less biased language!

I didn’t need one for my FHDRA, but I did for my directions hearing and any subsequent hearings coming up.

Ok so it's not needed for an FHDRA then? I guess there's not much to put in a bundle for an FHDRA. Cafcass letter, C100 - not much more!

All I did for the FHDRA was prepare a position statement. A bundle was not needed.

As did I, but as the other party had a solicitor, they handled the bundle, with the exception of the position statements which were exchanged on the day.

Thanks! I've edited the initial post to just say bundle for every hearing
