I have a non mol against me with ex that stipulates no contact with her except via OFW. Nothing states that I can’t speak to my son. My son is 10 and now has a phone and has asked me to call him sometimes to say hello. I have asked my ex and she says no. Does anyone have any idea where I stand if I call my son? I don’t want to say no to him but also don’t want to be labelled via ex as harassing my own son. Horrible situation

Not sure on the above but a thought, does your son have an email address and can he use email? I believe OFW has the option of adding your children & they can then access the kid specific sections.
Also, another thought, my daughter has a tablet which has a sim, so I have setup Whatsapp & we communicate regularly on chat & sometimes on Video, I guess you need an answer on the contact first before you try this method.

Good idea . If we chat via OFW then ex can “gatekeep” and therefore shouldn’t have any complaints . Will give it a go. cheers
