It might be worth checking with your employer exactly what they've received? Could even be that your ex has written to them pretending to be the CMS?!
If it does go to direct pay you have to pay 20% extra, but I believe she loses a small amount too.

It sounds she is telling the CMS that she has been not receiving any CM from you on the off chance they may backdate it. I hope you can prove any payments to her.

Its odd for them to bypass you and go straight to your employer, they don't need any info from them as your P60 will be the basis of any payments demand and yes you will get an extra 20% added to any amount to pay CMS and she will lose only 4%.

I don't think the recipient loses anything anymore following a recent reform. All the cost of collection is now allocated to the payer.

Hi all
Yes have spoken to CMS they refuse to go to direct pay till next review. Rejected the fact their calculations are wrong. Plus, they've requested I submit a letter outling my situation and events plus evidence which I have done. awaiting a response.

Plus. my final hearing was 16/17th Jan. Late evidence was submitted to the judge on the 20th Jan regarding perjury committed by ex under oath. Still waiting for Judgement. Has anyone else faced this type of waiting? if so, how long from Final Hearing to get the court order.
