Passport/GP records

Actually guys, on the topic of passports, can you put in a CAO that you will be the parent who holds the children's passports?

Obviously can have must be released to other party with sufficient notice, but to be returned....

Any other little details to keep in mind which can go in CAO and you probably overlook or forget?

Really, why mother? If it’s 50-50 surely can be either no?
I think the response of 'why mother?' could be applied to almost all of the conversations on this site.

It sounds weak but it's just the way it is.

If you get anything like 50/50 I wouldn't allow this to be a battle you have.

Hello there, I went to court on Thursday as my ex put a specific issue order it. I handed over the passport that day and the agreement is the passport will be handed over a week before a holiday is booked for either parent. Can I ask, I didn't ever deny the passport to her and I have evidence of this, would I have to pay any form of costs as the solicitor mentioned this above?

If you had a hearing and passport handover clause was ordered, unless there was an order for costs made at the hearing you will not have to pay any costs. Did the ex make an application for costs in her SIO application ?
