If I were you I would contest the allegations and try to show the court they are false. If you have enough evidence to show they are false and/or have evidence that will discredit her as a reliable witness/victim then this will go in your favour at a fact find hearing. As there is no child arrangements hearing, in you case to prevent a non mol and occupation order being awarded to her you will need to go for a fact find to show why it’s not necessary.
