Has any member been in this position I am now in?

1.stbx did not show for first hearing and admitted to barrister she wasn't turning up

2. Court order served, stbx has disobeyed the court order and has not paid costs or filed form E

Apart from applying for stbx to be put on notice has anyones ex stubbornly refused to share form E and what was the outcome

An additional question, has anybody had the experience of the first hearing being rescheduled and the stbx not turning up for that? How many occaisions can the first hearing be rescheduled?

Seems this is quite rare given no response. Would like to think stbx would be penalised in this scenario as clearly disobeying a court order

Rare? My solicitor has said its unique, I'm having to wait until next hearing to find out what if anything is going to be done
