My C100 application returned ...

I sent my C100 application via email attachment as a PDF file and I won't lie I struggled with some of the formatting but as far as I knew it was ok.
I filled the 'printable' version in online but the parts where I had to include the Miam sign-off and provide signatures on the C100 form I printed the pages off, scanned them and then I used a PDF tool to arrange the pages so the Miam sign-off now replaced the unsigned page in the document and so on .
The document was also compressed as the file was too big but I sent it to another email address first and opened it and whilst I had to fit it to a page I could read it fine and the compression didn't alter the Miam sign off scan the mediator sent me (the pic was black and white and slightlly grainy but clear to read).
I'm not sure what to do as the court stated they only accept digital now.
Any tips or advice on where I'm going wrong.

Was it the "paper" form you downloaded and completed? If so you could just print it out and take it into the court yourself. If you wait they'll let you know if it's been processed. I can't believe they are only accepting online applications - what if someone didn't have a computer. Maybe this is just certain regions or a trial.

I downloaded the paper form .
I was actually sent a attachment of the c100 form by the court after I rang them but as you mentioned it does not allow you to tick both respondent /applicant on the who the child lives with section so I did the paper version again.
I did actually use another email provider which allows for larger files and I found my intuos pen which Ive used in the past for drawing so that let me sign in the form instead of me 'inserting' the signed section after scanning then uploading .
I think this may have affected how it is presented when it's opened .
I've also attached the signed Miami form and 5b section as attachment rather than insert them into the document .
It hopefully should be ok now . Shame it's another week lost after a unexpected delay with the Miam sign off documents but it's what it is .
