@BrassTacks although it is priveleged, if both parties agree to waive that right, you are able to submit the Mediation Statement to court.

That is very helpful!!!! Yes: that’s how I got it through; I sent it to court with my ex in copy in child proceedings. They accepted it.
However in civil court where I included it as evidence to show my ex changing her mind at the last minute…. The judge threw it out, as oriveledged. I must remember to say it’s shared by consent.
