I'm having some troubles with regards to the ex partner and drugs being used around the children, - Having gone through MIAM the mediators i am unsure on my next steps and I'd be keen for some confidential advice. is mediation appropriate or is better to just file a C100 and get it over and done with. getting conflicting messages from Solicitors and Mediators.
