The ISW is based north west of Oxford in the Cotswolds. Does anyone have any experience with her?

I don't as not in that area and haven't used an ISW. If anyone else has used an ISW maybe you could message Kk2024.

I don't think that many people have used an ISW to be honest. I would just have a look at her cv and see if she sounds like the right person. Have you spoken with her or met her?

Incidentally are those your real initials? If so I can change your username to something more anonymous.

My contact with the children is currently being supervised by a ISW. 8 very positive reports from her to-date . All interactions with the children keep child focused and fun for the children. stay away from comments about Mum or adult issues. Keep them on board and focused on positive interactions with your children, arrange sessions in soft play, activity centres, or if attending dinner, lunch or breakfast take activities with you for good fun, distractions during your time together that the ISW can report.
