Mother is refusing to co-parent, refusing any form of direct communication, not even through a co-parenting app.

We both did a court ordered co-parenting course but co-parenting is nonexistent.

That's why it's a misnomer. The issue is that quite often one parent refuses to budge. 'Co-parenting' apps and/or courses doesn't magically make them co-parent.
When you're back in court put this in your position statement.

She has said to ICFA all of the above. This is in writing.

It's insane there's an ICFA involved and clear evidence of the mother being difficult but nothing seems to be moving forward.

There is extremely positive ICFA observations and a positive report.

ICFA have made recommendations but she is still going against those.

She just will not cooperate.

She won't even allow me to see our child over Christmas.

Feel for you DadLad, from what I have read on the forum recently there are far to many of us in this situation.
In my case it has been documented twice on court papers where my ex has stated she does not want me to have a relationship with our daughter , and she will also not communicate anything about our daughter to me. I have seen my daughter once for 10 minutes since April and with Christmas just around the corner I too will have a very empty feeling inside.

Feel for you DadLad, from what I have read on the forum recently there are far to many of us in this situation.

Sadly it's a reoccurring theme. A theme with no repercussions.
