Pasting links is very easy on the forum. You just paste the link in the box where you’re typing your post. When you hit “post thread “ the link will unfurl to give a visual snippet of the site which is a clickable link.
For example here is a link to ebay
There is the odd site where the link doesn’t unfurl - Amazon is one such site. You can either leave it as it is (a line of text that’s clickable), or you can click on the link icon (looks a bit like a paperclip) at the top of the box you’re typing in. A small window opens and you paste the link in the top box and type what you want to call it and then press “insert”. So then the link would look like this

But most links just unfurl and leave a snippet like the one above.
