Does anyone know how long it's taking for a first hearing at the moment? Or for a final hearing?

How long til first hearing?

About six weeks I hear (first hearing). Might depend on which region you're in - it might be less than that in some regions. Not sure how long it is for enforcement hearings. They are supposed to be within 20 days but are no doubt taking longer. No idea how long before a final hearing. Someone else might know. Sean will be getting a date for a final hearing!

Hi, I was the FHDRA hearing couple of days ago where it was decided that the case will be listed for final hearing and Judge happened to mention that the timelines for final hearing would be around September, that would make me think the turn around would be around 8-10 weeks for Final hearing, and that is south west region. Compared to other regions this is probably not too terrible ?
