Does anyone know how long the respondent has to submit their C100 upon being served court papers by the applicant?

Thanks.

I believe officially it is 14 days from time of service by the court, do you think she'll ignore it?

I had this concern.

My understanding at the time was that the court will not proceed further until they are certain she has reduced the notice.

Next step could be to hire an agent, similar to the way a bailiff works, they would then serve it to her in person and provide proof which would allow you to continue.

Her response to this will indicate how she intend to handle the process.

In the end, mine responded within time but then everything still descended into a farce when he solicitor came on board - go figure!
