Help please

Happy new year everyone

It has been revealed that my ex partner has not been forthcoming with information, immediately after our fact finding hearing she revealed to the world ( except me but I know through friends ) that she is in a new relationship and is living worh him and our girls. I don’t think she knows that I know all this information but I do and I have very grave concerns that she has gone out her way to exclude me from our daughters lives to have this man that I have no clue about raise them as his, I haven’t even met my youngest daughter so she will see him as dad and I’m worried my eldest has been poisoned into thinking I’ve abandoned her and he is her dad!

I have raised it with cafcass but they are not quick, is there a form or something we can raise at court?

Sorry you may have mentioned this in prior posts but is this new bloke in your old family home or did the ex move out and they're now together somewhere?

There isnt really much you can do about this as provided there's no safeguarding concerns cafcass etc won't really be interested.

Realise its crap she's trying to play happy families with a new bloke but it's not uncommon. You just have to see through the court process.

They have moved into a new family home together.

It’s more the fact that this has either been going on a long time and all her allegations now make sense and this has been her plan to get me out the picture or she has rushed moving in to a place immediately after the hearing with a man she hardly knows with our children.

Why should I have to battle a broken system and my own mental health to see my own children when this guy can see them freely?

I’m in a similar situation and not seen my child for months, my ex new partner is not allowed to see his son (anger issue) and been caught drink driving. I also know he is referred to as Dad.
There is nothing I can do about it but focus on trying to see my daughter. For my mental health I try to block all this crap and keep moving forward. Don’t let the system bring you down.

You are in the same boat as most of us ! Please be strong and just concentrate your emotions on the kids and what’s right for them as painful as it is. It sucks as they have zero shame .. all the same .. shameless

Exactly and why should you have to do this when if you had a new partner you wouldn't be restricted at all in spending time around her kids if she had them...

System is very inconsistent
