FRO - Alternatives to Court for Finances

Hi All,

I note that when I received my court papers for the start of the legal process for Finances, there was a links to alternatives:

1. Early Neutral Evaluation / Private Financial Dispute Resolution (NON BINDING)
2. Arbitration (BINDING MAYBE)

I attach the leaflet that shows the full description of these two processes.

Does anyone in the forum have any experience of either of these processes that can help to guide the rest of us to assess suitability?
