Guess it’s nice to hear from dads that have been through it

The content is helpful, not entirely sure on the “dads with colour” angle as appreciate we have some stigma maybe, being a dad of colour myself, but ultimately we are just dads and all love our children or wouldn’t be on this forum :)
 
Unfortunately, there are particular challenges attached to being a father of colour that start even with language. Black fathers are often not 'dads' or 'fathers' but 'baby daddys' and their partners/wives are 'baby mamas'.

And parents of colour may face challenges to a greater degree that white parents, for example school exclusion or issues but faced by white parents at all, 'sdultification' and issues around children and the police - such as happened with Child Q.
