Financial Undertaking

Has anyone had any experience with the impacts of agreeing to an Undertaking, financial or otherwise?

I understand it to be a legally binding agreement that is enforced directly by a judge should breach be proven and carries associated implications

An undertaking is an undertaking to the court, to do or not do something. My ex had to do one. If it's signed on the back then it means if it's breached the person who has breached could go to prison. They are viewed quite seriously. Although I doubt a Mother would go to prison if she breached it but a Dad might. Are you thinking in case they take out an NMO?
